1. Who we are

FLAU Performance LLC ("FLAU", "we") operates from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this site and our coaching service.

2. Personal data we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email address, phone number (if provided).
• Health & training: goals, training history, body metrics, dietary preferences, photos and videos you submit for form review.
• Account & communications: messages exchanged with your coach, intake form responses.
• Usage & technical: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, basic analytics.
• Order data: products purchased, order amount, billing country (payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the coaching service (contract performance): deliver training programs, nutrition plans, and 1:1 support.
• Account creation and management (contract performance).
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).
• Service improvement and analytics (legitimate interests).
• Customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests).
• Marketing communications where you have opted in (consent).
• Legal compliance (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

• Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe processes payments, stores card details securely, and handles invoicing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling acting under our instructions.
• Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, auditors when necessary.
• Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and resolve disputes. Coaching records are typically kept for the duration of the relationship plus up to 5 years. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact your coach or reply to the email used for your purchase receipt. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

7. International transfers

Because Stripe and some of our service providers operate globally, your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted subprocessors — to protect your personal data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
