14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund window on all FLAU Performance coaching plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us on WhatsApp or reply to the email used for your purchase receipt with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe) and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Multi-month plans

The 3-month and 6-month plans are one-time payments for the full program and do not auto-renew. Refunds outside the 14-day window are handled at our discretion based on coaching delivered to date.
